Ever since The Tail of the Dragon the term white knuckle has been given new meaning.  Specifically, on our Sturgis trip this phrase became memorialized.  What’s a white knuckled ride to one may not be so to another however what remains the same is that this is a ride that shoots sparks of adrenaline through your mid section upwards causing brief perspiration on your forehead followed by ultimate alertness.  This is the feeling of truly being alive – pupils dilated living in the moment.

Likely, you’ve all had your share of these moments. Generally, they are preceded by a silent “Oh, fuck!” and followed by relief and slightly more confidence – unless you crash.’
